Wild Anima est une artiste franco-grecque qui fusionne des mélodies anciennes rappelant des chœurs de sirènes sur des nappes de boucles vocales mystiques pour créer une musique éthérée, tendre et organique.
Wild Anima est le projet musical d’Alex Alexopoulos, artiste sonore, chanteuse et compositrice. À travers une pop ambient expérimentale, elle explore le féminin profond et la relation intime entre l’humain et la nature. Inspirée par les chants byzantins, les polyphonies bulgares et la musique trip-hop, elle crée des paysages sonores mêlant field recording, live looping et textures électroniques.
Ayant fait ses débuts en Angleterre dans les années 2010, elle a évolué au sein de la scène alternative berlinoise et du collectif female:pressure, avant de fonder son propre label Sacred Sea. Son travail, empreint de mysticisme et d’éco-féminisme, s’incarne aussi dans des expériences artistiques et thérapeutiques, comme le projet Supernatural, mêlant musique des plantes, écologie des émotions et réenchantement collectif. En 2022, elle a collaboré avec l’institut HeartMath pour la création musicale de l’application Inner Balance. Installée à Marseille, elle poursuit aujourd’hui son exploration sonore entre performance, recherche spirituelle et engagement écologique.

Dans son dernier album « Phytosynthesis », Wild Anima a récolté l'essence des plantes, capturant leurs symphonies secrètes par le biais d'un signal bioélectrique et les traduisant en une musique éthérée. Sa musique n'est pas seulement une performance, c'est un voyage, où la tradition et l'innovation se rencontrent dans une expérience hypnotique et émotive.
« Phytosynthesis » est plus qu'un album ; c'est une exploration sensorielle de l'interconnexion entre l’être humain et la nature. Il nous rappelle que le monde qui nous entoure est animé de rythmes et de mélodies uniques, qui ne demandent qu'à être découverts par la musique.
